Lovedjina is a young woman in Haiti who came to Beraca Medical Center in La Pointe for medical treatment after her parents offered her to become a voodoo priestess.

While she was there, Lovedjina heard the gospel and decided to follow Jesus. Her parents were furious. When she returned home, they burned all her clothes and threw her out of the house. But she stayed strong. Thanks to the hospital chaplains, she got new clothes and support. She is still holding on to her faith.
