CrossWorld missionaries are engaged in a number of special projects that function as gateways into gospel ministry. In addition, a number of projects are related to the research, planning, and recruitment stages of expanding the ministry. Current projects we are seeking funding for include:

	All-Asia Conference Serving the missionaries making disciples throughout Asia
	Next Steps A 44-hour Weekend of Missions Possibilities, Hopes, and Coaching for men and women considering missions
	Culture Immersion Weekend A weekend of listening, learning, and experiencing the cultures of CrossWorld's ministry focus people groups for men and women considering missions

	Candidate Orientation Twice each year, candidates for CrossWorld come for a two-week evaluation and training period.
