| Description: | In this country of incredible poverty and hardship, God is calling people to himself. The ways in which to help Haitians are basically without limit. In rural areas, the basic necessities of life are often missing. Currently, we are seeking: - 2 couples with experience in the trades to come and intern/work in community development and church encouragement - Doctors specialized in either community health or surgery - Audio-visual specialist to come and train team and set up equipment for showing the Jesus film to churches and schools - Crane or dragline operator/mechanic - Specialist in concrete forming and construction to come and work with our men on how to do quality concrete work |
| Project Overview: | CrossWorld missionaries have labored for over 60 years in partnership with the Union of Evangelical Baptist Churches of Haiti (UEBH). More than 300 churches indicate a movement to the glory of God. CrossWorld ministries today are concentrated in theological education (seminary in Port-au- Prince), ministry to the downtrodden, community development and children’s ministries (House of Hope), all in the name of Jesus. |
