| Description: | You will be part of a team who will love and build relationships with children and youth through teaching English and engaging them in sports events. You will also be responsible to work with the team leader and resident missionaries to prepare and lead two 2-week camps. It will be an opportunity to spend nearly 2 months living and learning about the country, culture, and languages of the peoples in Bosnia. Skills and experience in teaching English, gifts in sports, music, drama, crafts and organization are helpful. |
| Project Overview: | CrossWorld entered war-torn Bosnia in 1993 and since then, missionaries have been building relationships through a community outreach center. Missionaries concentrate on making friends and helping individuals and families rebuild their homes and lives. The community center is in an area where we are the only evangelical presence and helps provide training for Bosnians who are 90% unemployed. |
