Up to two months - This offers entry-level opportunities which provides a chance to experience missionary life while serving on a team or as an individual alongside an experienced worker. Church teams are welcome.

2-24 months - This opportunity frame provides an in-depth chance to really make a difference as a teacher, mentor, builder etc. People on sabbatical or extended leave or in early career stages can have an active role in a specific task on the front lines.

Academic Internships - These may be for college or seminary credit since CrossWorld encourages students to “experience” ministry as part of their education. The programs may be individualized.

Finishers - People who retire early or are making mid-career changes are welcome and encouraged to pursue significance while “finishing well”. Their age and experience is highly valued for various professional needs.
