Candidate Orientation is a time set aside to provide CrossWorld the opportunity to get to know those who have applied for membership, as well as allowing them to get to know CrossWorld.
This week is designed for missionaries returning from service overseas to a time of Home Ministry in North America.

Next Step:
The
Next Step event is designed for those who are moving beyond simply
knowing about God's passion for the world - to actually doing something
to get involved. As a result of personal interaction with our staff,
you will be able to identify some of the practical and important Next
Steps you should be taking in your pursuit of missionary service for
God's Glory.

Culture Immersion Weekend
Do you sense God calling you to missions in some way?

If any of these apply to you, join us for a Cultural Immersion Weekend.
This is a short time in which you can begin to stretch your understanding of your own culture and what it would be like to enter another.
You will spend time in a cross-cultural setting right within a large North American city. You will meet new people, eat their food, talk with their religious leaders, interact in their place of worship, and visit their families.
There will also be training sessions in cross-cultural understanding, as well as times for debriefing and fellowship.

Next Team
The Next Team event is designed for those who have been in contact with us, and are considering joining a CrossWorld ministry team.
This is the time to address any and all questions, concerns and possibilities. These are days of open, stimulating discussion, as we look to God to guide us into both brand new ministry areas, as well as joining existing ministries worldwide.
We want to hear what God has been placing on your heart, and we want to help you either form - or join - the team that God has prepared for you.
We hope that you will come away understanding more fully what it is that you need to be considering as you take the important next few steps of choosing the team you will be ministering with.

Candidate Orientation
Candidate Orientation is a time set aside to provide CrossWorld the opportunity to get to know those who have applied for membership, as well as allowing them to get to know CrossWorld.
These two weeks are spent learning, living, eating, worshiping and working together.
You will also have the opportunity to "get to know and evaluate" us through a well-rounded orientation and training program.

Reentry Week
This is a time for you to share your life and ministry, and for CrossWorld to update you on the changes taking place within the mission, to prepare you for effective mobilization of North American believers for missionary service and to allow for the check-in interview with your International Director.
A program is also provided to care for your children's needs during this week.
