General Strategy
General Strategy: This strategic ministry seeks to share the love of Christ in a land of strife, tension and hatred. Much relief and humanitarian work is still needed, but through friendships with people with dire physical, emotional and social needs, opportunities are numerous to share the love of Christ and the story of the Gospel. Our desire is to see new believers become members of reproducing churches. We desire to send a second ministry team to a new town in eastern Bosnia as soon as possible.
Type of Ministry
Ministry Type: CrossWorld entered war-torn Bosnia in 1993 and since then, missionaries have been building relationships through a community outreach center. Missionaries concentrate on making friends and helping individuals and families rebuild their homes and lives. The community center is in an area where we are the only evangelical presence and helps provide training for Bosnians who are 90% unemployed.
