General Strategy

General Strategy: CrossWorld missionaries serve to strengthen and encourage the national church in several areas as they see their vital role in Indonesia missional outreach.  We also have a vision for the training of native tongue translators for future translation of the Bible in unreached tribes. Missionaries continue further translation materials for theological education with a purpose to strengthen the church.

Type of Ministry

Ministry Type: Papua is the location of one of CrossWorld’s great people group stories. The Dani tribe is well known for their mass turning to Christ, their missionary outreach and their solid Christian church.  CrossWorld missionaries have been instrumental in Bible translations (Dani, Ngalum, Nalja) and in theological education.  A medical ministry also continues in Mulia with several medical personnel.
