General Strategy: CrossWorld feels that it is important to support and encourage a suffering church with teaching, practical ministry to the whole person and innovative thinking. Suffering people are open to the Gospel and thus friendship evangelism also bears fruit in Haiti.
Type of Ministry
Ministry Type: CrossWorld missionaries have labored for over 60 years in partnership with the Union of Evangelical Baptist Churches of Haiti (UEBH). More than 300 churches indicate a movement to the glory of God. CrossWorld ministries today are concentrated in theological education (seminary in Port-au- Prince), ministry to the downtrodden, community development and children’s ministries (House of Hope), all in the name of Jesus.
