Because the capital city, Vienna (population of 2 million), is a cosmopolitan and international city, there are many diverse ministry opportunities to many ethnic groups and nationalities.

Missionaries serve an international church and make evangelistic contacts in various ways.

The ministry is also a staging area for short-term teams to Eastern Europe, thus giving a vision to many in this international community.

Vienna is also the site of an international Christian school, Vienna Christian School. The school not only serves MKs, but also is a catalyst for evangelism to unreached families. Teachers are often needed and find it a satisfying ministry to reach those who have never heard the good news.
